Acculift™ DNA Isolation Kit

The Acculift™ DNA Isolation Kit is the simplest DNA isolation kit for high yield total DNA extraction from cell cultures, solid tissues, saliva, and any other biological fluid samples. Innovative reagents and unique spin-column technology allow to elute ultra-pure and concentrated genomic DNA > 50 kb in as little as 10 μl. The kit is validated for LCM samples and all reagents in this kit are designed for RNA removal, and this purified, RNA-free DNA can be immediately used for sensitive downstream applications like library preparations.
